The ascension changes that are happening this week are about re-orienting your focus to your core of truth and letting go of the slippery slope of confusion and illusion within yourself and your life.  The old world is mostly illusion and it has been very confusing trying to find the truth within ourselves and live from that truth and equally confusing to discern the truth in the world around us.  The exercise below will help you to do that:

Breathing into your body, give yourself a big hug inside and step back into yourself until you feel like you are as far behind your spine as in front of it.  This puts you in the middle of your aura.

From that place breath into your heart chakra until you find the center of inner peace and balance which I call your inner wisdom.  This is the part of you that just knows things without a conscious reason why you know.  It is a core center of truth within your body/soul.  Allow the light of your inner wisdom to fill your body and your aura.

Learn to from this center rather than letting your head or  your emotions direct and focus your life and choices.  Let the inner wisdom be in the drivers seat.  From this place you will be able to sense what is true for you and what is not.  Bring to this center all your questions and the input of your physical and psychic senses.  Let them percolate within you and soon you will find a clarity about how to respond to the choices of your life.  If you don’t feel clear, then your options are to wait for clarity or to move ahead with caution, watching out for deception or for affirmation of the rightness or incorrectness of the choice you made.  You may always change direction if it isn’t right and you are alert enough to catch it.
