As I was blessing and healing my water today which I always do, I was struck by how water is the one thing which exists within all living forms. I was reminded how every drop of water knows its oneness with all of the water in the world. I realized that these qualities make it the perfect vessel for carrying blessing and healing into the world and into our bodies. I think water is God’s most amazing element of creation!
When you pour yourself a glass of water or take a bath or shower, ponder how amazing and alive water is; its incredible gifts. Remember how you feel when you experience the miracle of a rainbow, the power and majesty of a waterfall, the beauty of sunlight on a clear lake, the joyful flow and sound of a river or the sweet freshness of a spring shower. Remembering this is a helpful reminder to the water who has just come through a chemical treatment plant and been held in the dark of holding tanks and pipes.
Then invite the angel of water which is present within it to help the water remember itself in all these amazing ways and to heal it of all toxins, restoring its aliveness and gifts of truth and healing. Invite the essence of truth of God (clearest focus available and beyond human concepts about it, or whatever name you like for the One) to be present through this bit of water and so through all water to refresh us and remind us of our unity with the One and all that is true and unconditionally loving.
In this way you can contribute to the ascension of life. When you offer this to a glass of water, it is a gift to all water, perhaps little more than a drop, but it echos far and wide carried by the water’s sense of unity with all water and so all life. The blessing will echo to all who receive the water. They will be unconsciously reminded of their own truth and amazing beauty. We are mostly water, like big walking puddles! What is true of water is true of us as well.
