During the ascension process as your vibration rises there is a need to periodically adjust how you work with spirit.  A lot of what you have connected with spiritually, either through religion, modern phylosophy or through communication with spirit guides will work better if the connections are refined and focused to the highest level of truth and unconditional love you are able to access at this time.  I call this the essence of truth, rather than the subjective or partial truth.  As you get clearer, you’ll want your spiritual connections to be clearer too.

When you meditate, pray or do spiritual practice here are a couple of tools to upgrade the level of truth you are receiving.  You may do this several times over the coming months or years when you feel things get blurry for you spiritually.

1) Start by stepping back into yourself until you feel your spine is the middle of you, rather than the back of you.  This puts you into the middle of your aura where you can access information more objectively.

2) From there breathe into your new world heart chakra at its core along your spine and center on that inner light and truth.  Communicate with spirit from there, as though you were looking out from your heart chakra and acting from there.

3) Communicating from that centered place, ask the essence of truth within your heart chakra to connect with the essence of truth of God and your guides and angels.  Invite your regular connections to be upgraded to the essence of truth that you would optimally be working with for your highest good at this time.

You will likely feel that things shift and get clearer and more focussed and light.  Some connections which aren’t unconditionally loving may be released with this process if you welcome that.
