Hi Ascending Friends! The big news this week is that the balance points have been extremely helpful for people who are dealing with negativity in the workplace. People who were feeling overwhelmed and swept up in the harsh energies they work in have felt more stable and able to maintain their positive self and to regain their energy.
If you read last week’s blog, you may remember I wrote about that system of dual anchors into the still clear place of your inner wisdom. I am wondering if it seemed confusing to some of you. I think I will clarify.
The most obvious focus of your inner wisdom, that place of divine consciousness and integration of body and soul is within your heart chakra – even better within your new world heart chakra, which is an updated spiritual organ that tunes you to your higher levels of self as you ascend. It is in the middle of the chest, slightly above the regular heart chakra. In past blogs we have discussed this in detail. You can search them on the site here.
You can use this center of your truth as a hinge point where your higher self and your human consciousness are able to integrate and all your human and spiritual capacities can be directed from. So instead of driving your life from your head, your inner wisdom has the steering wheel and gas pedal, so to speak.
The balance point is asking your inner wisdom for a second point of focus for this wise and balanced presence of consciousness within your body/aura. If you look back at last week’s blog, you can re-read that and perhaps it will make more sense to you. This second point provides stability and balance for your higher consciousness to help you to stay grounded into your truth and to stay whole and keep energizing properly. During times of intensification, which we are going through off and on during the ascension process, this increased stability may be essential to maintain your health and positive attitudes toward life.
Another gift is that this increased ground for higher consciousness will help your prayers and visualizations that are in harmony with your truth to manifest in your life. Things happen when you ground God into the world. You can do that when your own higher consciousness is grounded into your body, not just in your head.
