Pets usually carry a facet of one of your enlightened spirit guides within them. Their job is to bring us comfort, joy and remind us of freedom, unconditional love and to play!
Our pets are ascending too, so that they become ever clearer vessels for the love of the spirit guides and their higher selves! Their ascension process is much like ours. It involves the letting go of limitations and suffering from the old world experiences, as their souls and bodies then rise in vibration to incorporate higher levels of consciousness. Like us, this makes them more telepathic. As we all get more telepathic, we are able to communicate more clearly and our lives can work together with greater harmony.

Dogs take on a lot of old world energy blocks and suffering from their owners, buying people time to grow and heal without that burden. They do this out of love. Having short lives, and being fairly enlightened, they know they will only have to carry it for a time. As they ascend they will let those things go more easily so they don’t have to carry burdens for us, but will pass them on to God. They are also increasingly letting go of the anxiety, anger and fear of being alone when their human “pack” are away.
Cats are increasingly letting go of pride and anger and learning to be more at home in their human/animal families. There is less judgment from them and more compassion. They have put up with us out of love, but they have often been annoyed with us and each other. As they let go of that, their brilliant intelligence combines with more compassion and pleasure in life. They have much to teach us and with the increase in telepathy we will be able to understand more easily
Animals in general are ascending as well. Where you see whole species disappearing, they will one day return in new world bodies. We all have that choice, to ascend within our bodies, or to leave and start over new in new world bodies! When they leave, it is a wake up call for people and a test, requiring us to make a collective choice about the environment and the other life forms that share the earth with us. But it also is a test of our faith in the eternal nature and purpose of life. There is always a divine purpose behind all experiences and we can trust that, despite appearances to the contrary.
