When people think of ascension, I think they believe it will all be upward motion. They can try to get more and more spiritual and lose their power and ground by getting too high frequency.
Ascension is about integrating our own facet of God consciousness into our bodies. It goes kind of like this: Our vibrations rise naturally when our inner alarm goes off awakening us to ascend; this allows the essence of truth of God within our souls and bodies to wake up more; we then have potential to become more masterful and alive in our bodies and souls; when we do God within us creates the new world increasingly within our lives.
Most of us on this path have been developing our conscious awareness of spiritual things for many years. We have refined our attitudes, beliefs and choices and spiritualized our conscious self. This has been an essential step in our ascension. Now we have to bring the ascension process into our lower natures as well. Our lower chakras, deeper feelings, instincts and will, physical energies, passions and creativity are all important. They are like the soil that allows God within us to plant our truth into the world.
So rather than just rising higher and higher in our upper chakras, it is time to be also going deeper and deeper into ourselves. With ascension our lower nature is rising to meet our true spirit within, so that the higher and lower energies become increasingly compatible. In order for this to happen, we need to begin to trust God within our lower natures and not be afraid of what we find there. Whatever is there you can greet it with the meditation which I have shared before and which will raise the vibrations into harmony: (change the term God if you aren’t comfortable with it)
The Essence of Truth of God is within me and I am within The Essence of Truth of God
Repeating this right within your lower chakras, or the lower energy of thoughts, feelings, old traumas or negative spiritual energies will awaken the truth within that aspect of you and help you to ascend your lower nature into the new world. You can, of course use it within your higher chakras too, because once the lower energies become more clear, the upper ones will be ready for a whole new focus of truth as well!
