This week I have been helping to lift a number of huge blocks which interfere with people’s connection with their true spiritual selves.  These blocks affected the way we have experienced ourselves in the past, creating limits, judgments and negative attitudes about ourselves and life.

As these blocks lifted, it was like seeing layers like a dark film clearing off everyone, leaving behind a greater openness.  In this new state we can now begin to experience ourselves differently.  We will learn to trust ourselves more and feel more connected to God and all life.  Be ready to see yourself differently and have a new experience.  I believe you will enjoy it!

This type of clearing is a part of the ascension journey.  It is almost like we are little birds growing inside our old world eggs, and when we break out of our egg we are in a new world. Our ascension journey is many little clearings that bring us through a more subtle release than that, but the combined effect over time is similar.  So for us, each time we shift, the world is a little bit new and different.  If we are paying attention we notice it.

Sensitive people, prior to having a shift like this can experience a feeling of pressure, darkness or stress.  Think again of that little bird, just before its egg breaks open…I bet it feels like that too.  So when you find yourself in that state, don’t fight it.  Take a little time to relax and open to God within you and all around.  Let yourself feel the support, peace and protection of your own true self and the love that is always present for you from the higher levels of the spiritual universe.  Surrender and let yourself be reborn just a little bit further into the new world.
